My First Impression
When buying diet books I often like to know who the author of the product is, but Fat Loss for Idiots don’t seem
to have one. It’s authored under their company name which I found a little strange.
My first impression of the Fat Loss for Idiots website was that it seemed a little unprofessional with lots of
colours and cartoon pictures. Inside their diet plan the theme of colours and cartoon images continued, however,
they actually made it much easier to follow and made it much easier on the eyes to read and pay attention to rather
than getting bored of normal back text on white paper which makes most people drift off or they get distracted to
do something else.
Inside the diet
Inside the Fat Loss for Idiots diet plan it tells you to “forget the hype and open your mind”. They give you 2
choices of weight loss options. Both are designed to manipulate calories in a different ways.
They make it very easy to follow along and break it down so anyone can understand. They split it up into rules
to follow which is a great idea! I even printed them off and stuck them to my fridge so their easy to reference.
The rules are extremely interesting and nothing I’ve ever heard of before. It’s a very unique method and I was
quite sceptical at first but still very curious so I followed the plan as instructed.
They also give you a guide line to follow such as what you should be doing when eating at restaurants, at home,
what sort of exercise amount you should REALLY be doing, and they tell you to stop listening to all the myths and
lies about exercising intensely every day in order to lose weight.
They even tell you ways how to stop gaining weight such as how to STOP retaining water and what typed of foods
you MUST avoid.
They really break down all the myths about losing weight and the truth behind them along with very insightful
tips on why you put fat on and what you need to do in order to “trick” your body into losing fat. I really enjoyed
this part of the diet plan as it’s about time someone started telling the truth as too many people easily buy into
myths and hype hoping for a quick fix when it’s never as easy as that.
The Bad Points
- They say that you can lose 9 lbs in 11 days which is in fact quite unheard of. It’s actually not very
healthy for your body to undergo such radical weight loss so quickly. However, it is possible to lose fat
rather quickly with their diet plan. Something like 9lbs in 3 or 4 weeks sounds much more realistic if you
follow their plan.
- They make it quite hard to even find the order page on their website. Not only do they make it quite hard
to find the order page but I’m not really too keen on all their different colours and confusing shapes they
have everywhere on their site either.
- If you came looking for a website with fitness routines and workouts then turn away. Fat Loss for Idiots
doesn’t contain any of that inside.
- This isn’t a long term diet plan. The course is made to help you lose 9lbs in 11days but there’s nothing
stopping you from understanding the principles they teach you and from carrying out your diet over a longer
amount of time.
- For those of you that have active lifestyle and also do a lot of exercising throughout the day may find
that this diet doesn’t offer you enough calories.
The Good Points
- It’s easy to fit this plan into a hectic lifestyle as it doesn’t take up any additional time.
- Unlike other weight loss programs that require you to buy their foods or supplements, this diet plan is
affordable and easy to go through so you can instantly know what it is you need to be doings. The rules make it
a lot easier too.
- 9lbs in 11 days is a high goal but what’s so great about this diet plan is that even if you were to lose
just 2lbs every 11 days that is still a BIG improvement to be proud of. Then all you need to do is keep doing
what you’re doing. EASY!
- Without a doubt Fat Loss for Idiots will help you lose weight fast and help you keep it off without needing
to spend any extra money of needless equipments, foods, pills and supplements.
- It’s easy for anyone to follow and understand how it works.
Overall
They really skip all the gimmicks and hype about fat loss and give you everything you need in order to lose
weight fast. Some of their methods may seem simple but it’s often the simple ones which are the most effective and
as a nutrition expert I can testify to that.
It’s clear to me that Fat Loss for Idiots can lose you a lot of weight pretty fast. It’s available to males and
females of all ages and also vegetarians.
They have over 1 million members who use their diet and it’s now one of the most popular weight loss websites in
the world which is a great indication that it works and works well!
It’s funny how the media and diet pill companies make so much money off of weight loss and getting people to buy
