Everyone has different problem areas they are unhappy with and for many people it is their head. It can be hard
to believe for some that you can gain and lose head fat but this is definitely possible and a problem many men and
women face not knowing how to solve it. The issue with this problem area is it is hard to exercise it in a physical
way and because of this people do not know where to begin. The answer to this question is to lose weight all over.

The first step to beginning a full body workout is to decide whether you are interested in joining a gym or
conducting your own workout from home. It is possible to see just as much success when you workout from home but it
can be a bit more challenging. When you workout from home you will find thousands of other things you need to do
before you workout and often you will skip your workout altogether. This is where a gym becomes a helpful asset to
your weight loss goals.
The beginning of every workout should be cardio. This helps get your heart rate going and keeps it up through
your strength training workouts. If you do not raise your heart rate you will not get nearly enough out of your
workout and the results will not be there. 30 minutes of cardio is enough to start and 30minutes should be done at
the end of your workout as well. You can choose the bicycle, rowing machine, go for a walk, jog, running, jump rope
and kayaking are just a few examples of different cardio options. Cardio is something that can become a bit boring
so make sure to mix up your workouts on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Your strength training should not miss any of your major muscle groups. It is best to choose one or two muscle
groups per workout and then alternate the next time to the ones that were missed. This day of rest will allow your
muscles to absorb the workouts you are giving them and progress. No matter which strength training methods you use
always make sure to utilize weights you can handle. You do not want them to be too light but you also don’t want
them to be too heavy. Find your happy medium and advance as your body advances.
You may be surprised just how energetic you will feel after your workouts and as time passes you will not want
to miss a day. Working out can be addictive but it is an addictive that provides great results and keeps us
healthy. It may seem hard to imagine how you will lose your head fat through these methods but the fact is if you
allow your body to store access fat it will store it in a number of different locations including your head. As you
begin to see progress in other areas of your body you will begin to see a difference in your excess head fat as
well.
Head fat is by far one of the toughest problem areas to rectify but it is not impossible. Take the time to do an
overhaul on your entire body and you will begin to feel better, have more energy and begin to feel great about your
